I placed an order for an item in a specific color. Active Outlet got back to me quickly to let me know they were out of that color and suggested another option if I was okay with it. I was totally fine with that. The items showed up the very next day. I was amazed.

Revised Feedback, I initially rated them with just one star because of missing items and poor communication. However, the company quickly responded, and I got my order in just a few days. It seems we just fell through the cracks, but once we pointed it out, they were fantastic. I'd definitely shop with them again.

I placed my order on Saturday night, it shipped out on Monday and I got it on Tuesday. The price was the best around, you really can’t beat that!

I've gotten at least 5 emails letting me know that the shipping has been delayed. I placed my order back in May, and here we are, almost in September, and I still don’t have my item. I'm really let down and won’t be ordering from this place again.
